About Mace River Ranch

Mace River Ranch is a 192-acre master-planned community conveniently located along the Boise river just southwest of Eagle Road and State Street. It puts you within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants of downtown Eagle, Idaho.

The Greenbelt runs right through your neighborhood’s 40-acre natural preserve. You can follow this 20-mile long trail all they way to downtown Boise and Lucky Peak Reservoir at the east end of the valley. Mace River Ranch itself offers 2.5 miles of paths winding through the property.
